  1. Usage: SET HISTORY <value>
  2.   Sets the size of the command history circular buffer.  Setting
  3.   HISTORY to zero disables the command history functions unless you
  4.   have HISTORY_FILE set.  You must disable HISTORY_FILE to completely
  5.   turn off command history.
